Finally, a new laptop battery!

For the longest time, I was using my laptop with a bad battery. Started to not last but 10 minutes, it finally started to go out in 10 seconds of use.

I've been putting this off, mainly because I was planning to get a new laptop but that won't happen anytime soon, so I'll stick with this longer. Battery cost didn't help me too much, $135 for the 6 cell and $155 for the 9 cell.

Got the battery in today by Fedex, so I cleaned the laptop's cooling from dust with one of those compressed air cans and put the battery in to charge it up.

I'm going to have to give a total discharge and charge it again to allow the internal meter calibrate itself. Lot of maintenance to go through on a battery it seems.
